Hello, my name is Ben Anusorn Hatthakree, currently working as an Infrastructure Project Manager in the IT Operation Managed Services (ITOMS) team at MFEC. My main responsibility is to manage IT Operation Managed Services to support our clients in achieving their business objectives, with a focus on delivering the best possible customer experience.  Our operations integrate three key elements: People, Process, and Technology. Our skilled personnel follow well-established processes, while the technologies we implement ensure accuracy and efficiency across all operations.  Career Journey My career in this field began as a Young Talent in a company. As a child, I dreamed of becoming an electrical engineer, so I pursued a degree in Electrical and Energy Engineering. During my studies, I saw a Hackathon poster in the university elevator. My main responsibilities include providing solution consulting to meet business requirements, designing solutions aligned with organizational goals, planning market strategies (Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Expansion), and managing relationships with partners (Vendor & Stakeholder Management). I am also given the opportunity to contribute to product development, ensuring it aligns with market needs. My work requires a variety of skills and is constantly challenging, which makes it very rewarding.  During my internship, I worked in government, analyzing satellite imagery—a role that combined technology and data analysis to support decision-making. After graduation, I worked in IT Product, gaining experience as an Instructor Product, which strengthened my ability to communicate and simplify complex technology concepts for others.  I then worked as a Business Manager in Cloud Computing and Platform Solutions across various industries and later joined a startup focused on Consulting & ERP Implementation. MFEC was delighted to welcome students from the Department of Public Administration, Faculty of Political Science, Chulalongkorn University to the MFEC Office Tour today. During the event, students had the opportunity to meet with MFEC professionals who shared their experiences on how graduates from social science backgrounds can transition into the technology industry. They discussed the challenges of working in the IT sector and shared use cases on applying AI to enhance work efficiency and skills development. Open House MFEC x KMITL  

MFEC was delighted to welcome students from the Department of Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Logistics Management (International Program) at King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) to the MFEC x KMITL Office Tour.  During this event, students gained in-depth knowledge and valuable insights across multiple sessions.  The first session was led by the Talent Acquisition Team, who introduced MFEC, shared insights about the company, and provided an overview of career opportunities. This was followed by an engaging and informative second session on IoT, presented by Mr. Ittikorn Anantawanitchaya (Pond) from the IoT and Smart Solution Team, along with an interactive workshop that encouraged students to actively share ideas and participate in an open Q&A session. Hello, my name is Park, Chaidit Sittisunthornwat, Digital Sustainability Specialist at MFEC. In this role, I act as a translator between sustainability and digital technology (IT). The current job responsibilities are quite broad, ranging from sales, business partnership development, idea generation, research, new business development, coordinating with the development team, and collaborating with sustainability experts to create MFEC’s Digital Sustainability Solutions. In addition to my primary duties, I also have the opportunity to support the Corporate Sustainability Development (Corporate SD) team in promoting sustainability within MFEC itself.  MFEC is my first full-time job. My background includes an internship in civil engineering, specifically in structural works for the skytrain system.
