My main responsibilities include providing solution consulting to meet business requirements, designing solutions aligned with organizational goals, planning market strategies (Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Expansion), and managing relationships with partners (Vendor & Stakeholder Management). I am also given the opportunity to contribute to product development, ensuring it aligns with market needs. My work requires a variety of skills and is constantly challenging, which makes it very rewarding.
During my internship, I worked in government, analyzing satellite imagery—a role that combined technology and data analysis to support decision-making. After graduation, I worked in IT Product, gaining experience as an Instructor Product, which strengthened my ability to communicate and simplify complex technology concepts for others. I then worked as a Business Manager in Cloud Computing and Platform Solutions across various industries and later joined a startup focused on Consulting & ERP Implementation.
As a child, dreams gave me direction—whether I wanted to be a teacher or a soldier. At the time, I didn’t fully understand what those dreams meant. Today, I see dreams as a way to strive toward the version of myself I aspire to become. Dreams evolve with experiences and opportunities, giving me goals and determination. For me, dreams are opportunities to grow, learn, and continuously improve. Every experience, whether success or failure, has been a lesson to understand my strengths, weaknesses, and priorities. I believe having flexible yet clear goals is key because while dreams may change, the commitment to self-development and creating value should remain constant.
Why MFEC? I’ve been in the IT industry since graduation. MFEC is a well-known System Integrator (SI) with a strong presence in driving technology adoption among leading organizations in Thailand. The company is recognized for the expertise and skills of its people, as well as a supportive, knowledge-sharing work environment. This, along with hearing from people I know about MFEC’s employee-focused culture, made me decide to join the company.
After I started working at MFEC… I feel that many things match what I expected, and many things have exceeded my expectations in a good way—especially the opportunities to learn and grow. This place gives plenty of room to show your skills and try new things. Every workday is full of challenges, but I actually enjoy them because I have supportive managers and a great team who are always there. I never feel like I have to face problems alone. Whether I have questions or need advice, everyone is ready to help, share their experiences, and encourage one another. It’s not just working together—it’s truly the power of the team.
What makes me “like it here” is the very strong company culture. It’s not just empty words — it’s passed down from the CEO to everyone. The seniors here genuinely take care of one another and support the juniors to grow, not just in their work but as people.

I have a strong interest in technology. Since joining MFEC and working with the Business Solution team, I’ve been surrounded by a manager and teammates who are truly exceptional. Everyone is incredibly capable and has helped me grow by leaps and bounds—both in terms of technical skills and mindset. Because technology evolves so rapidly, it’s not just about keeping up or learning new tools, but about thinking ahead and identifying what truly fits our customers’ needs.
The challenge is not only to understand technology but also to be a consultant helping clients make the right decisions. New technology isn’t always better—it must be suitable, cost-effective, and aligned with the client’s business needs. I need to understand both Business + Tech, and consider strategies like AI adoption for Cost Optimization.
At MFEC, I don’t just learn theory—I actively engage in POCs and RFPs, staying updated with technologies like Low-Code, AI/ML, and Banking Solutions, understanding not just what they can do but how they solve real problems.
Many think a consultant just needs to know tech and present it, but the key is to understand the client’s problem first, then find the right technology to solve it.
Ultimately, I’m not just a technology expert—I’m a consultant driving business impact. MFEC’s Business Solution Team allows me to grow and make a real difference.
Transformation Since Joining MFEC My mindset and working approach have expanded. Work is not just about completing tasks but understanding the value of what we do. It’s about learning to create positive impact for clients and the organization. I now see the bigger picture: every project contributes to enhancing customer experience and driving business growth, solving pain points strategically.
