Khun Siriwat Wongcharukorn (Khun Leng), CEO of MFEC, shared his vision during the keynote, emphasizing effective AI adoption in organizations and highlighting the importance of modern Thai organizations adapting to AI to gain a business advantage.

From assisting multiple clients with AI adoption, Khun Leng observed that the main challenge isn’t technology—it’s people (People). He distilled his insights into three key points:
- Adapt the organization to AI, not AI to the organization Trying to fit AI into existing processes rarely succeeds. Organizations must be willing to rethink processes and structures to align with AI capabilities (e.g., let AI handle 80% of tasks while humans manage the remaining 20%). 2.AI is not just an IT responsibility Business units themselves (HR, Finance, Sales, etc.) should drive AI adoption, as they understand their work context best. IT’s role is to facilitate and enable AI use. Khun Leng likened AI adoption to using an iPhone—start from individual familiarity first. 3.Success Equation: Drive > Resistance + Inertia Organizational change requires that driving force (Drive) exceeds resistance (conflicting interests) and inertia (laziness or complacency). The strongest drive comes from the CEO’s clear vision.
