Proud to be MFEC – Ben Anusorn Hatthakree, Infrastructure Project Manager

Hello, my name is Ben Anusorn Hatthakree, currently working as an Infrastructure Project Manager in the IT Operation Managed Services (ITOMS) team at MFEC. My main responsibility is to manage IT Operation Managed Services to support our clients in achieving their business objectives, with a focus on delivering the best possible customer experience.  Our operations integrate three key elements: People, Process, and Technology. Our skilled personnel follow well-established processes, while the technologies we implement ensure accuracy and efficiency across all operations. 

Career Journey

My career in this field began as a Young Talent in a company. As a child, I dreamed of becoming an electrical engineer, so I pursued a degree in Electrical and Energy Engineering. During my studies, I saw a Hackathon poster in the university elevator. I didn’t even know what it was, but I decided to join with three friends.  That Hackathon sparked my passion for innovation. I started engaging in many activities, which eventually led me to join a Young Talent Program at a public company — a program that involved rigorous selection, exams, and a 24-hour activity challenge testing both endurance and mindset.  I worked on Tech Innovation, exploring new technologies to enhance business, and later became a Technology Evangelist, focusing on research and development to align technology with organizational needs. This experience developed my innovation thinking and entrepreneurial mindset, helping me understand that technology can truly transform organizations. 

Later, I wanted direct client interaction, so I became a Junior Project Manager handling Core Banking and Mobile Banking projects. Although it was a new domain for me, I learned extensively from hands-on experience and my supportive colleagues.

Finally, seeking further growth, I stepped out of my comfort zone and joined MFEC as an Infrastructure Project Manager in the ITOMS team, greatly expanding the scope of my work. 

Why MFEC?

I was drawn to MFEC after hearing colleagues’ experiences, watching CEO Khun Leng’s videos, and reading various articles. MFEC felt like the place where I truly wanted to work. Upon joining, I realized MFEC is much more than just a tech company — here, no one judges where you come from, and everyone has the opportunity to fully demonstrate their potential. I love that everyone shares the same passion, making work fun, challenging, and immersive as we solve problems together. 

What I Appreciate Most in ITOMS  The team always asks questions like: “Where do you want to go next?” and “How can we support you to get there?” They genuinely provide support, which has significantly transformed me. I’ve grown from having basic knowledge to confidently analyzing, advising clients, and developing soft skills, process management, and business understanding, such as IT Operation Managed Services, where I help plan operations to keep client businesses running smoothly even in emergencies. 

MServ – A Source of Pride 

One of my proudest achievements at MFEC is contributing to MServ, a platform designed to transform IT Operation management for organizations, making it efficient and adaptable in the digital era. 

The idea originated from working directly with clients in ITOMS projects, observing workflow bottlenecks in task tracking, information handoff, and incident management. This led to the question: “Why isn’t there a platform that connects everything seamlessly?” 

This inspired MServ, a platform integrating People – Principle – Technology – Sustainability.

As Product Owner, I define MServ’s vision to meet both client and internal team needs, aiming to make workflows smoother, daily tasks easier, and business operations more agile. It’s not just a ticketing system — it’s a new experience for IT management.

My passion for MServ comes not only from being the Product Owner but also from creating a solution based on real experiences that can shift IT teams from reactive to proactive operations.

 Today, MServ is actively supported by MFEC management and is being deployed to multiple clients. I am confident it will become a new standard for IT Operation in Thai organizations aiming to become true Digital Enterprises. 

Message to MFEC and Colleagues 

I would like to thank MFEC and my team for the continuous support and opportunities to grow. MFEC has given me a space to discover potential I never knew I had. The environment is full of challenges and goals waiting to be achieved.
