MFEC Data Domain: Harnessing synergy to restructure into “3 Engines” in order to deliver comprehensive data and AI solutions that are precise, fast, and truly focused on premium-level business outcomes.
Since late 2025, MFEC’s Data team has taken the time to seriously reflect on its direction, strategy, and organizational structure. The key question we kept asking ourselves was: how should we structure the team so we can meet customer needs more clearly, more quickly, and more sustainably? We started by aligning on a shared goal—communicating the big picture of the business, the role of the Data team within the organization, and what customers expect from us in the coming year. Once the direction became clear, it was much easier for the team to move in the same direction. We restructured to focus on what truly matters—this change didn’t start from “structure,” but from “capability.” The team revisited what our core strengths are—what capabilities we should further build on, which projects or products deserve full acceleration,
