Proud to be MFEC – Ben Anusorn Hatthakree, Infrastructure Project Manager

Hello, my name is Ben Anusorn Hatthakree, currently working as an Infrastructure Project Manager in the IT Operation Managed Services (ITOMS) team at MFEC. My main responsibility is to manage IT Operation Managed Services to support our clients in achieving their business objectives, with a focus on delivering the best possible customer experience.  Our operations integrate three key elements: People, Process, and Technology. Our skilled personnel follow well-established processes, while the technologies we implement ensure accuracy and efficiency across all operations.  Career Journey My career in this field began as a Young Talent in a company. I didn’t even know what it was, but I decided to join with three friends.  That Hackathon sparked my passion for innovation. I started engaging in many activities, which eventually led me to join a Young Talent Program at a public company — a program
