MFEC Public Company Limited (MFEC)’s value chain management emphasizes on two processes: value creation; and support activities. The manual has been prepared in the written document with continuous control, measure and assessment. Some activities like the evaluation of customer satisfaction are included in the risk management. Meanwhile, the main target for business operations is “making the profit with continuity” amidst the change of various factor on business proceeding. Such profit will arise when the organization stays competitive among industry with value creation to products. This idea leads to proceeding activities which link with the Value Activities. Previously, the company has categorized its value activities into two (2) groups.
Primary Activities mean the activities directly related to the production processes of products/services, the delivery to customers and the after-sale service with quality.

Support Activities mean the activities aimed to support or facilitate the primary activities as detailed in the table below.
