What does our “Project Manager” focus on?
We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for End-to-end project management, including Project Planning, Project Schedule, Budget Planning, Project Implementation, Project Control, and final delivery of projects to meet expectations within timeline, quality and budget.
Role & Responsibility
- Coordinate and communicate with end users, management, internal resources and third parties/vendors on project issue and status for the flawless execution of projects.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives and to make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
MFEC OKR:- As MFEC People, you will be a part of our talent team. Besides your main responsibilities, you do have special projects as part of OKR. However, the percentages will be different according to the positions and teams.
Who are we looking for?
Skills & Experiences
- Proven at least 5 years working experience in project management in the software/application industry on large and complex projects and related experience.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a System Analyst role an advantage
Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Iterative and/or Waterfall. - Experience with various database technologies (e.g. relational, no-SQL databases)
- Have DBMS knowledge and SQL, Business Analyst, Data Model, Data Warehouse, ETL, BI, Analytic an advantage.
- Innovative problem solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex architectural issues.
- Experience with the Big Data technologies and their ecosystem is a plus.
- Experience with Google Cloud/AWS Cloud and Analytic is a plus.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks, Apache Kafka in particular, and its underlying internals is a plus.
- Ability to work very well under high pressure and tight time line.
- Good command of written and spoken in English.
