We started by aligning on a shared goal\u2014communicating the big picture of the business, the role of the Data team within the organization, and what customers expect from us in the coming year.<\/p>\n\n
Once the direction became clear, it was much easier for the team to move in the same direction. We restructured to focus on what truly matters\u2014this change didn\u2019t start from \u201cstructure,\u201d but from \u201ccapability.\u201d<\/p>\n\n
The team revisited what our core strengths are\u2014what capabilities we should further build on, which projects or products deserve full acceleration, and which areas need to be adjusted to align with the new direction.<\/p> \n
At the same time, we reorganized our people\u2019s skill sets to better match their roles, enabling smoother workflows, reducing redundancy, and improving the quality of outcomes.<\/p><\/p>\n\n
