Hello, my name is\u00a0<\/span>Ben Anusorn Hatthakree<\/span><\/b>,\u00a0currently\u00a0working as an\u00a0<\/span>Infrastructure Project Manager<\/span><\/b>\u00a0in the\u00a0<\/span>IT Operation Managed Services (ITOMS)<\/span><\/b>\u00a0team at MFEC. My main responsibility is to manage IT Operation Managed Services to support our clients in achieving their business\u00a0objectives, with a focus on delivering the best possible customer experience.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span> \n \nOur operations integrate\u00a0<\/span>three key elements:\u00a0People,\u00a0Process, and\u00a0Technology. Our skilled personnel follow well-established processes, while the technologies we implement ensure accuracy and efficiency across all operations.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Career Journey <\/h4>\n\n

My career in this field began as a\u00a0<\/span>Young Talent\u00a0in a company. As a child, I dreamed of becoming an\u00a0electrical engineer, so I pursued a degree in\u00a0<\/span>Electrical and Energy Engineering. During my studies, I saw a\u00a0<\/span>Hackathon poster<\/span><\/b>\u00a0in the university elevator. I\u00a0didn\u2019t\u00a0even know what it was, but I decided to\u00a0join with\u00a0three friends.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span> \n \nThat Hackathon sparked my\u00a0<\/span>passion for innovation<\/span><\/b>. I started engaging in many activities, which eventually led me to join a\u00a0<\/span>Young Talent Program\u00a0at a public company \u2014 a program that involved rigorous\u00a0selection, exams, and a 24-hour activity challenge testing both endurance and mindset.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span> \n \nI worked on\u00a0<\/span>Tech Innovation, exploring\u00a0new technologies\u00a0to enhance business, and later became a\u00a0<\/span>Technology Evangelist, focusing on research and development to align technology with organizational needs. This experience developed my\u00a0<\/span>innovation\u00a0thinking\u00a0and\u00a0entrepreneurial mindset, helping me understand that\u00a0<\/span>technology\u00a0can truly transform organizations.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Later, I wanted direct client interaction, so I became a Junior Project Manager handling Core Banking and Mobile Banking projects. Although it was a new domain for me, I learned extensively from hands-on experience and my supportive colleagues. <\/p>\n\n

Finally, seeking further growth, I stepped out of my comfort zone and joined\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span>MFEC<\/span><\/span>\u00a0as an\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Infrastructure Project Manager<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0in the ITOMS team,\u00a0<\/span>greatly expanding<\/span>\u00a0the scope of my work.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Why MFEC? <\/h4>\n\n

I was drawn to MFEC after hearing colleagues\u2019 experiences, watching CEO\u00a0<\/span>Khun<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Leng\u2019s<\/span>\u00a0videos, and reading various articles. MFEC felt like\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>the<\/span>\u00a0place where I\u00a0<\/span>truly wanted<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0to work.<\/strong> Upon joining, I realized MFEC is much more than just a tech company \u2014 here, no one judges where you come from, and everyone\u00a0<\/span>has the opportunity to<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0fully\u00a0<\/span>demonstrate<\/span>\u00a0their potential.<\/span><\/strong><\/span> I love that everyone shares the same\u00a0<\/span><\/span>passion<\/span><\/span>, making work fun, challenging, and immersive as we solve problems together.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

What I Appreciate Most in ITOMS<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span> \n \nThe team always asks questions like:\u00a0<\/span>\u201cWhere do you want to go next?\u201d<\/i><\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>\u201cHow can we support you to get there?\u201d<\/i><\/strong>\u00a0They genuinely provide support, which has significantly transformed<\/strong> me.\u00a0I\u2019ve\u00a0grown from having basic knowledge to confidently analyzing, advising clients, and developing soft skills, process management, and business understanding, such as\u00a0<\/span>IT Operation Managed Services<\/span><\/b>, where I help plan operations to keep client businesses running smoothly even in emergencies.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n

MServ<\/span>\u00a0\u2013 A Source of Pride<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

One of my proudest achievements at MFEC is contributing to\u00a0<\/span><\/span>MServ<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, a platform designed to transform IT Operation management for organizations,<\/strong> making it efficient and adaptable in the digital era.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n

The idea originated from working directly with clients in ITOMS projects,\u00a0<\/span>observing<\/span>\u00a0workflow bottlenecks in task tracking, information handoff, and incident management. This led to the question:\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u201cWhy isn\u2019t there a platform that connects everything seamlessly?\u201d<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

This inspired MServ, a platform integrating People \u2013 Principle \u2013 Technology \u2013 Sustainability.<\/p>\n\n

As\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Product<\/span>\u00a0Owner<\/span><\/span>, I define\u00a0<\/span>MServ\u2019s<\/span>\u00a0vision to meet both client and internal team needs, aiming to make workflows smoother, daily tasks easier, and business operations more agile.\u00a0<\/span>It\u2019s<\/span>\u00a0not just a ticketing system \u2014\u00a0<\/span>it\u2019s<\/span>\u00a0a\u00a0<\/span><\/span>new experience for IT management<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

My passion for\u00a0<\/span>MServ<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0comes not only from being the Product Owner but also from creating a solution based on real experiences that can shift IT teams<\/strong> from\u00a0<\/span><\/span>reactive<\/span><\/span>\u00a0to\u00a0<\/span><\/span>proactive<\/span><\/span>\u00a0operations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

\u00a0Today,\u00a0<\/span>MServ<\/span>\u00a0is actively supported by MFEC management and is being deployed to multiple clients. I am confident it will become a\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span>new standard for IT Operation<\/span><\/span>\u00a0in Thai organizations aiming to become true Digital Enterprises.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

I would like to thank MFEC and my team for\u00a0<\/span>the<\/span>\u00a0continuous support and opportunities to grow. MFEC has given me\u00a0<\/span>a space<\/span>\u00a0to discover potential I never knew I had. The environment is full of challenges and goals waiting to be achieved.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n
