My main responsibilities include providing\u00a0<\/span><\/span>solution consulting<\/span><\/span>\u00a0to meet business requirements, designing solutions aligned with organizational goals, planning market strategies (<\/span><\/span>Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Expansion<\/span><\/span>), and managing relationships with partners (<\/span><\/span>Vendor & Stakeholder Management<\/span><\/span><\/strong>).<\/strong> I am also given the opportunity to contribute to product development, ensuring it aligns with market needs. My work requires a variety of skills and is constantly challenging, which makes it\u00a0<\/span>very rewarding<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n

During my internship, I worked in government, analyzing satellite imagery\u2014a role that combined technology and data analysis to support decision-making. After graduation, I worked in\u00a0<\/span>IT Product<\/span><\/b>, gaining experience as an\u00a0<\/span>Instructor Product<\/span><\/b>, which strengthened my ability to communicate and simplify complex technology concepts for others.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span> \n \nI then worked as a\u00a0<\/span>Business Manager<\/span><\/b>\u00a0in Cloud Computing and Platform Solutions across various industries and later joined a startup focused on\u00a0<\/span>Consulting & ERP Implementation.<\/p>\n\n

<\/p>\n\n

As a child, dreams<\/span>\u00a0gave me direction\u2014whether I wanted to be a teacher or a soldier. At the time, I\u00a0<\/span>didn\u2019t<\/span>\u00a0fully understand what those dreams meant. Today, I see dreams\u00a0<\/span>as a way to<\/span>\u00a0strive toward the version of myself I aspire to become. Dreams evolve with experiences and opportunities, giving me goals and determination. For me, dreams are opportunities to grow, learn, and continuously improve. Every experience, whether success or failure, has been a lesson to understand my strengths, weaknesses, and priorities. I believe having flexible yet clear goals\u00a0<\/span>is<\/span>\u00a0key because while dreams may change, the commitment to self-development and creating value should remain constant.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Why MFEC? \n \nI\u2019ve been in the IT industry since graduation. MFEC is a well-known System Integrator (SI) with a strong presence in driving technology adoption among leading organizations in Thailand. The company is recognized for the expertise and skills of its people, as well as a supportive, knowledge-sharing work environment. This, along with hearing from people I know about MFEC\u2019s employee-focused culture, made me decide to join the company. <\/p>\n\n

<\/p>\n\n

After I started working at MFEC<\/strong>… I feel that many things match what I expected, and many things have exceeded my expectations in a good way\u2014especially the opportunities to learn and grow.<\/strong> This place gives plenty of room to show your skills and try new things. Every workday is full of challenges, but I actually enjoy them because I have supportive managers and a great team who are always there. I never feel like I have to face problems alone. Whether I have questions or need advice, everyone is ready to help, share their experiences, and encourage one another. It\u2019s not just working together\u2014it\u2019s truly the power of the team.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

What makes me \u201clike it here\u201d<\/strong> is the very strong company culture. It\u2019s not just empty words \u2014 it\u2019s passed down from the CEO to everyone. The seniors here genuinely take care of one another and support the juniors to grow, not just in their work but as people.<\/p>\n\n

The working Environment here is professional. Everyone is fully committed to their work, yet they respect each other\u2019s opinions. This place isn\u2019t just a workplace \u2014 it\u2019s a stage that lets us showcase our potential, grow ourselves, and advance in a way that stays true to who we are.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

I have a strong interest in technology. Since joining MFEC and working with the Business Solution team, I\u2019ve been surrounded by a manager and teammates who are truly exceptional. Everyone is incredibly capable and has helped me grow by leaps and bounds\u2014both in terms of technical skills and mindset. \n \nBecause technology evolves so rapidly, it\u2019s not just about keeping up or learning new tools, but about thinking ahead and identifying what truly fits our customers\u2019 needs.<\/p>\n\n

The challenge is not only to understand technology but also to be a consultant helping clients make the right decisions.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>New technology<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>isn\u2019t<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0always better\u2014it must be suitable, cost-effective, and aligned with the client\u2019s business needs<\/strong>. I need to understand both\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Business +\u00a0<\/span>Tech<\/span><\/span>, and<\/span>\u00a0consider strategies like AI adoption for\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Cost Optimization<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n

At MFEC, I\u00a0don\u2019t\u00a0just learn theory\u2014I actively engage in POCs and RFPs, staying updated with technologies like\u00a0Low-Code, AI\/ML, and Banking Solutions, understanding not just what they can do but how they solve real problems.<\/p>\n\n

\u00a0Many think a consultant just needs to <\/span>know<\/span>\u00a0tech and present it, but the key is to\u00a0<\/span><\/span>understand the client\u2019s problem first<\/span><\/span>, then find the right technology to solve it.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Ultimately, I\u2019m<\/span>\u00a0not just a technology expert<\/strong>\u2014<\/span>I\u2019m<\/span>\u00a0a\u00a0<\/span><\/span>consultant driving business impact<\/span><\/span><\/strong>. MFEC\u2019s Business Solution Team allows me to grow and make a real difference.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n
